In 2012, I founded Ryonan International Trading Co., Ltd. in Japan, with the desire to challenge to the world as a child in my heart.
What started as a small challenge by just one person has now grown into a company with sales of 1.7 billion yen, and has evolved into a company that is needed by society while remaining debt-free until 2025.
We would like to express our sincere gratitude to everyone who has supported us in this journey.

But our story is just the beginning.
Now, 13 years after its founding, Ryonan International Shoji declares its "second founding."
This is a new determination as a company to create the future with our own hands without fearing change.

As the President, I want to respond clearly to each of them.

With our second founding declaration, we will steadily move forward from being a ``growing company'' to ``becoming a company chosen by both customers and employees.'' Our goal is to become a 10 billion yen company in the near future.

To achieve this, we will need to strengthen our corporate sales, expand our data erasure business, create rental and maintenance services, and develop sales strategies that utilize AI, as well as take on the challenge of creating new business models with ideas that go beyond traditional business models.
Additionally, in order to develop personnel who can take on challenges and adapt to any changes in the environment, we will reform the human resources system, expand our bases, and renew our IT infrastructure as part of our company's basic strength.
These are all investments that will help create a company where each and every employee can create greater value and work with pride.

Focus on quality

Our company has a one-stop technology from goods purchase to packaging, delivery, goods by professional and technical personnel to clean, appearance inspection, parts replacement and more than 30 actions to confirm, then packaging and delivery.

As computers are precision machines, we use specially developed cartons for packaging and delivery, and pursue the quality of transportation.
